Brain Training Recommendations

For best results and maximum efficiency, we recommend that you :

  1. Train 15 to 20 minutes per session (Allowing the completion of 3 or 4 exercises, each one lasting 4 or 5 minutes);
  2. Vary the exercises in each session in order to train different cognitive functions;
  3. Do all the exercises listed in sequence;
  4. Train 3 times a week or more;
  5. Train for at least 8 weeks in a row.

Remember:

Your training will provide you with optimal results if you exercise regularly and on an ongoing basis.
