For a CD version, the serial number is on the inside of the DVD case that you have purchased. This must come from your first license.
The System ID is generated by your software at the time of the activation request. (Copy-paste or write verbatim, respecting the capital letters, the System ID displayed on the screen). This must come from the second installation - the one that you want to activate with your second license.
